The fish between the falls / a film by George Sibley.
For millenia, white sturgeon were an important part of the Kootenai people's diet and culture. Now, man has changed the Kootenai river system so much that sturgeon no longer successfully reproduce. But the people whose culture is bound up with these fish and the people who control the river today are working together to restore the White Sturgeon to its native habitat.
